Robert is a Founder Fellow of the British Institute of Facilities Management. Having assisted in the development of the Institute's Training courses he now presents several of the course lectures and sees Education and Training as the key to the growth, development and recognition of the Facilities Management profession. He won the BIFM’s coveted Presenter of the Year award in its inaugural year 2001 and again in 2004
In addition to Robert’s training work with the BIFM he and his colleagues undertake training for clients. This service is made available in a number of different ways. In addition to courses available to the general public courses are arranged in-house for individual clients.
