Founder - Robert Fernandez
Before setting up the Consultancy in 1990, Robert was Assistant Vice-President, Property Management for Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company, responsible for 3/4 million square feet of offices in the UK. In this position, he was responsible for acquisition and disposal, fitting-out and day to day management of the buildings under his control.
Robert is a Founder Fellow of the British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM). Having assisted in the development of the Institute's Training courses he now presents several of the course lectures. Robert believes that Education and Training is the key to the growth, development and recognition of the Facilities Management profession. He won the BIFM’s coveted Presenter of the Year award in 2001 and again in 2004. |
